LUTI GENDANG is an indonesian traditional snack, originatted from Anambas- Riau Islands.

Devired from the word " luti" bread and "gendang" Fried. Our delicious fried breads are prepared with premium ingredients and traditionally hand made with made no preservatives.

HALF COOKED LUTI

1. PAN

 

 Medium heat oil, Fry LUTI for minute untl crispy

2. MCROWAVE

 

Reheat LUTI in the microwave 10- 20 seconds

3. OVEN

 

Wrap LUTI in foil, place in a  180 derajat celcius oven 10- 15 minutes
