Birla Evara is a new project in Bangalore that will be released in 2025. It is a high-end home development by Birla Estate. It is spread out over 25 acres and has 13 towers. It has 1594 flats that start at Rs 77 Lakhs. The project will begin on February 6, 2025. The building will start on May 25, 2025, and the whole project will be finished before December 20, 2031.
